Who we are

These terms are between you and Jupu Limited (company number TO BE COMPLETED), whose registered office is at TO BE COMPLETED. Our customer support contact is support@jupu.app.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Jupu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Account Registration

You must be 18 or older to use Jupu. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed: illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and any items that violate applicable laws.

Fees

Jupu charges a platform fee on completed sales. Fees are displayed at the time of listing. Raffle and auction participants may be subject to entry fees.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, Jupu may mediate but is not liable for losses. We reserve the right to take action including account suspension for policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

Jupu is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, use our model cancellation form and return it to us, or contact us directly. The form is also available from your orders page at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
